The Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, in collaboration with the Department of English Communication and Media (ECM), Patna Women’s College Autonomous, organized a three-day workshop on Soft Skills for fourth semester B.Ed. trainees (2024-26) from 10th to 12th February 2026.

On Day 1, Mr. Amitabh Ranjan conducted a session on professional writing, focusing on cover letters, CV preparation, and profile writing. Day 2 featured Ms. Runa, who highlighted the importance of soft skills for personal and professional development. On Day 3, Dr. Tauseef Hasan addressed interview skills, including etiquette, self-assessment, and goal setting.

The workshop strengthened participants’ professional competencies and enhanced their career preparedness.
