The Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous organised a workshop on Cumulative Record on 8th August, 2024 for third semester students (session 2023-25). Dr. Rashmi Sinha, Assistant Professor of the Department helmed the programme. She iterated the importance of student record keeping in a teaching institution. Since students spend a significant amount of time in their growing-up years in school, it becomes the responsibility of the educational institute to maintain and update students’ performance in scholastic and non-scholastic areas. With this objective in mind, the seminar familiarised the teacher trainees with the need, importance and processes involved in cumulative record keeping. The programme also served to equip the prospective teachers with necessary skills to successfully complete their upcoming internship.
