Workshop on Case Study

A Workshop on Case Study was conducted in the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous on 8th August, 2024 for the third-semester teacher trainees (session 2023-25). Dr. Madhumita, Assistant Professor, Department of Education was the resource person. She reiterated the importance of case studies in the educational institution. She instructed the students on the meaning, characteristics, purpose, sources and steps of conducting case study in a scientific manner. She laid emphasis on the fact that at the end of case study participants will develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities through practical application and engaging discussions. The programme also served to equip the prospective teachers with necessary skills to successfully complete their upcoming internship.
