On 24th and 25th February 2026, Semester II teacher trainees (Session 2025–27) of the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, visited the Sri Krishna Science Centre, Patna, as part of an educational trip aimed at strengthening practical pedagogical skills.
During a session held in the auditorium, trainees participated in a workshop on developing low-cost Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs), gaining insights into designing economical and effective teaching aids for Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The session emphasized creativity, innovation, and practical classroom application, especially in resource-limited settings.
The interactive programme encouraged active participation through discussions and questions, helping trainees connect theory with practice. The visit also included exploration of various galleries, including the Mirror Gallery and science exhibits demonstrating principles of Physics and Chemistry, providing hands-on learning and enhancing conceptual understanding.
