The second-semester trainees of session 2022-24 of the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, went on a six days School Exposure Programme II from 26.04.2023 to 04.05.2023. The Students were divided into five different schools in Patna, namely- Government Boys High School, Shastri Nagar, Rajkiya Balika Ucch Vidyalaya, Chiraiyatad,Government Girls High School, Shastri Nagar, Bankipore Rajkiya Balika Ucch Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Rajkiya Kanya Ucch Vidyalaya Gardanibagh.
The theme of the programme was “Discovering Bharat, Celebrating Diversity”. Under this theme, different activities were conducted by the trainees for the students of the school. The activities were yoga, a slide presentation on “Protecting Diversity of India”, a Workshop on Paper Mache followed by the designing of paper mache articles. A collage-making competition on the theme, ”Hamari Sanskriti, Hamari Virasat” was organised On the last day, a skit was performed by the trainees on the theme, “Pani Ek Panch Mahabhoot”. The trainees also organised an exhibition of all the items designed and created by the students of the school.
The gratitude of the student teachers was shown by presenting a thank you card to the school administration. This six-day program paid rich dividends in terms of learning experience for all the trainees.
