The Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, organized a Departmental Seminar on 23rd March 2026 on the theme “Community Service, Social Responsibility and Sustainable Human Development in the 21st Century.”
Students presented papers in groups on diverse and relevant topics. These included Leadership and Innovation among Youth Startups in Community Transformation, Community Service as Civic Education, Influence of School Environment on Student Behavior, Sustainable Development and Community Health, Minimum Wage Compliance among Migrant Domestic Workers, Impact of Yoga and Health Education on Students’ Well-being, and Role of Technology in Achieving SDG 4 in Female Higher Education Institutions in Patna. The presentations reflected critical thinking, research orientation, and awareness of societal challenges.
The seminar was evaluated by Dr. Madhumita, Dr. Prabhas Ranjan and Dr. Shubhra, Assistant Professors, Department of Education. They appreciated the efforts of the students and provided valuable feedback, encouraging them to further strengthen their research and presentation skills.
Best presenter was awarded to code 7 – Yashasvi Suman, Kumari Supriya Singh, and Maurya Priyadarshi for their paper ‘Role of Technology in Achieving SDG 4 in Female Higher Education Institutions in Patna’.
