The students and staff of the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous took the pledge of ‘Panch Pran’ on 3rd October 2023, to take steps towards the prosperity of our nation and to ensure a developed India in the next 25 years. They took the vow of adopting ‘Panch Pran’, which are –
1. a resolve of developed India, 2. removing any trace of the colonial mindset, 3. taking pride in our legacy, 4. our strength of unity in diversity, 5. fulfilling the duties of citizens with honesty and integrity; shaping a better tomorrow, as a part of Swachhta Special Campaign 3.0, an initiative of the Government of India, in accordance with National Council for Teacher Education‘s F. No. NCTE-GA 019/34/2023 @swachhbharat Ministry of Education @ncteDelhi @DARPG_Gol @SwachhBharatGov.
The pledge was led by Dr Madhumita, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, and it spurred the students to commit themselves towards taking India to new heights.
