Lesson Planning

A two-day Workshop on Lesson Planning was conducted in the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous on 10th and 11th July, 2024. Dr. Sister M. Saroj A.C., Head and Ms. Swati Shilpi, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous were the resource persons. The trainees were made aware of the vital role of a lesson plan in the vocation of school teaching. The resource persons shared with the students the need, importance and approaches of lesson planning for effective and efficient, outcome-based teaching. They instructed the students on the fundamentals of constructing a lesson plan. After the theory session, the students got hands-on experience in formulating a lesson plan based on their teaching method.
