In order to reduce its impact and rejuvenate our body and mind, the asanas like Nadishdohana, Bharamari, and Yoga Nidra proved to be very useful for the teacher trainees and the faculty members. The workshop was conducted by two talented resource persons, Mr. Rajendra Singh Gandhi and Ms. Rachita Shah. It was indeed an enlightening session and the need of the hour.
