The time of the year has come to add some colours to our lives. To celebrate the festival of colours, Patna Women’s College Autonomous organised the annual Holi Dance Competition on 23rd March 2024. The theme of the competition was ‘Bharat ki kahani: rango ki zubani’. A total of nine groups participated in the competition, of which one was from the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous.
The group consisted of fifteen members- Saloni Kumari, Karishma Kumari, Ekta Kumari, Anuradha Kumari, Sonali Kumari, Alaiza Thakur, Prerna Albert, Srishti, Sushma Singh, Anjali Hela, Shambhavi Anand, Anshika Rani, Lakshmi Kumari, Divya Kumari and Sidrah Warsi, who put their heart and soul into the performance. The meticulous attention to detail in the preparation of the props, dresses and makeup of the art and craft members – Debjani Roy, Anshu Priya, Ankita Pandey, Sana Fatima, Nisha Jha and Vishakha Poddar added a layer of richness to the entire performance.
The hard work of the students was reflected as they bagged the third position in the competition. We congratulate all the participants on their colourful performances and imaginative presentations.
