Department of Education, Patna Women’s College organised the Hindi Pakhwada programme from 01.09.2018 to 14.09.2018. The Objectives of the programme were:
- To enrich students’ knowledge and understanding of the Hindi language and its different forms.
- To sensitise the students about the deteriorating status of the Hindi language.
- To enable the students to take innovative initiatives to conserve and preserve the Hindi language.
Various competitions like Guest lecture, poster-making competitions, slide presentations, poetry writing competition, talks and skits were organised under this event. The trainees participated enthusiastically in all the events and prepared beautiful posters, wrote and presented thought-provoking poems and participated in an interactive session. Shri Vinod Anupam, a renowned Hindi writer and media expert, delivered a lecture on the theme ‘Akeli nahi hai Hindi humari’ on 14th September, 2018.
