On the 15th of September, 2023, the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, embarked on a mesmerizing journey into the world of the Indian flute. Ms. Yamini, Assistant Professor, wove the intricate tapestry of musical concepts and elucidated the diverse spectrum of musical instruments. With grace, she introduced us to the illustrious maestros of the flute in India.
As the harmonious crescendo continued, the M.Ed. intern of the PG Department of Education, Patna University, Shikhar Kumar, played the flute’s delicate melodies to educate aspiring teachers about the profound symphony of musical notes. His flute invoked a deep sense of devotion and ushered the students into the ethereal realm of spiritual hymns and sweet melodies that left them utterly entranced and spiritually awakened.
