The Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous organized a Workshop on Preparation of Curriculum Vitae for the students of semester IV of session 2022-24, on 11th January, 2024. The resource person for the session was Dr. Prabhas Ranjan, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous.
The workshop was conducted with the aim of equipping students with essential skills to create effective and impactful resumes. The event was organized to provide the students with the tools to effectively showcase their academic achievements, skills, and experiences, as they start preparing to enter the job market.
The workshop began with an overview of the purpose and significance of a Curriculum Vitae in the job application process. Participants were guided through the essential elements of a CV, including personal information, educational background, work experience, skills, and achievements. The importance of clear and concise formatting was emphasized to ensure that CVs are visually appealing and easy to read.
