The campus recruitment drive for the batch 2019-21 was held in the Department of Education on 17th and 18th of March, 2021. The Objectives of the programme were:
- To provide an opportunity to the students to showcase their skills and earn a living.
- To provide a platform to the students to hone their teaching and communication skills.
Around 30 distinguished schools participated in this recruitment drive and screened candidates for their respective schools. This was a great experience for teacher trainees as they got a lot of exposure and immense opportunities to showcase their talent – all under one roof. A significant number of trainees were shortlisted for various schools of Patna and other districts of Bihar with handsome salary packages.
