The Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, organized the oath-taking ceremony for the newly elected cabinet (2026-27) on 2nd April 2026. The event began with a badge ceremony and the symbolic candlelight handover, marking the transition of leadership. Outgoing Prefect Yashasvi Suman reflected on her experiences during the past year, of taking tough decisions, responsibility and development.

Dr. Sr. M. Saroj A.C., Head, thanked the outgoing cabinet for their vision and dedication, and encouraged the new council for teamwork and leadership. The outgoing cabinet was honored with certificates for their contributions.

Incoming Prefect Tanya Patel pledged to serve with humility and commitment. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Achala Shrivastava, extending best wishes to the new cabinet.
