On Earth Day, 22nd April 2026, the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, launched the “Nurture the Nature” Programme to promote environmental awareness, for the students of session 2025-27.
Under this initiative, each student adopts and nurtures a plant over a two-year period, caring for it and recording its growth within the department.
The programme encourages responsibility and sustainability, creating a green space and reinforcing the message: “One student, one plant, one greener tomorrow.”
