The Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous, organized a Summer Workshop on Online Tools for Effective Teaching & Learning for B.Ed. students (Session 2025-27) from 25th May to 6th June 2026 through online mode.

The sessions covered a wide range of topics including Google Docs and Google Forms by Dr. Prabhas Ranjan, Hindi Typing by Dr. Nitu Chauhan, and Online Evaluation Tools such as Kahoot and Wayground by Ms. Swati Shilpi. Dr. Rashmi Sinha, Dr. Madhumita, and Dr. Prabhas Ranjan jointly conducted sessions on AI Tools, introducing students to the educational use of artificial intelligence.

Further sessions by Dr. Madhumita on Introduction to Animation and by Dr. Rashmi Sinha on Creating GIFs and Story Making enhanced students’ creative and digital presentation skills.

The workshop concluded with students preparing and presenting e-content using various online tools, making the programme a valuable step toward developing technologically competent educators for 21st-century classrooms.
